MMAR Injunction

As soon as I found out when the court case was going to be held, I pulled the stars for that day/time of the case and started doing research on a new form of astrology that I had never touched before. Why.. because I had to know how this injunction was going to go..

From a paralegal’s prospective I know that the injunction has a strong chance of going to go through.. there is too much past caselaw on the side of the patients giving certain legal rights to the patients of the MMAR. Everything this government is trying to pull with the MMPR completely takes away any of the legal remedy the MMAR gave patients. For that reason the injunction must go thru as it effectively takes away any remedy for patients. A remedy without access is not a remedy.. it is effectively taking away our remedy as over 70% of patients will no longer be able to access their medicine after April 1, 2014.

The Astrological chart for the Injunction strongly sides with the patients. By way of how the judge is going to think and his final decision! The Moon represents the patients who filed the case and it is sitting with Mars, the sign of war! Which makes our position VERY strong. Mars and the Moon are also sitting with Ceres (the growing goddess) and the 3 of them have great company with the north node which opens doors, sets new trends in culture and society. All 4 of these important astrological bodies are sitting in the 6th house of health matters. Our legal council representing the patients are going to be very powerful, strong, controlled and able to make potent changes within the government.

The patent’s in this case are ruled by co rulers both the Moon and Venus, Venus rules the entire chart and she represents pleasantries, romance, money, legal matters, and yes, even gardening. She is also the ruler of the 6th house the house of health matters! Venus is very predominately sitting in the 10th house which rules the Judge and his final decision!

The government’s position in the chart shows they are the defendant in this matter and that their position is to restrict, manipulate and control the patient’s health matters. Saturn is sitting in the 6th (health matters) and on the cusp of the 7th house (legal matters). What I am tickled most about is the fact that Saturn rules the government and that Saturn is currently retrograde! This significantly diminishes the position of the government and weakens their case! They may end up looking like a lame duck by the end of this.

Decision/judgement may not be given on the 18th though.. the stars are showing some sort of delay in the decision making process. The judge may take a few days to make it’s decision, possibly the government could attempt to slow things down some how? Try something underhanded possibly? But in the end, I don’t think it will work. I couldn’t of picked a better time for this matter to reach the courts.. I am excited to this matter have its day in court!
